Cholesterol Drop is a lifestyle and nutrition tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content in the app and on this website, including AI-generated coaching, recipes, articles, forecasts, and trends, is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, or medication. Never stop, start, or change a prescribed medication (including statins) based on information from the Service.
Portions of the app require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer the app, abuse AI features, scrape content, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
The Service and its content (excluding data you enter) are owned by Muse Interactive and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nutritional estimates, AI analysis, and trend forecasts are approximations and may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
